    How much meat we need a day? The answer of Lancet, the world most authoritative medical journal, is 14 grams, the size of two coins.

    2019年初在《柳叶刀》期刊发布的《EAT-柳叶刀报告》是划时代的报告,它是人类有史以来一群世界顶级的营养健康和环境生态领域的科学家聚在一起,共同探讨出人类未来的饮食方案,并提出了一个适用于所有人的膳食建议,是来自于16个国家的37名作者共同达成的共识,也是迄今为止最重要的关于我们未来饮食的实证科学依据,具有历史性的意义。

     

    The EAT-Lancet Commission on Food, Planet, Health brings together 37  world-leading scientists from 16 countries to reach a scientific consensus that defines a healthy and sustainable diet. In the beginning of 2019, The Commission is delivering the first full scientific review of what constitutes a healthy diet from a sustainable food system, and which actions can support and speed up food system transformation.

    作为人口大国,粮食及健康危机是头等大事,中国对于良食的关注并未落后于全球。第三届良食峰会将于815-17日在苏州举行,每年夏天,中国生物多样性保护与绿色发展基金会良食基金,都会与来自世界各地的思考者和推动者,一起探讨当今食物体系内最迫切的问题,共同推动健康可持续食物。

    As a country with the largest population, the food and health crisis are the top priority of China and we are not lagged behind the world. The 3rd Good Food Summit will be held in Suzhou from August 15-17, and every summer, the Good Food Fund from China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation is working with the KOLs from around the world to discuss the solution and jointly promote healthy and sustainable food.

    中国素食作家毛能之先生,集写作人、策划人、主持人、旅程及展会策划人为一身。茹素十二年,2014年起发愿将文化传播及交流的职业技能赤诚贡献给中国素食业。不定期撰写与素食相关的文章;多次带领大陆行业人士参访港台素食业界,架起两岸三地素食商务交流的可贵桥梁,并到各地举办素食演讲,举办行业论坛等。所发起的深圳素食行业交流中心受业界注目。

     

    Mr. MAO Nengzhi, a Chinese vegetarian writer, is a writer, planner, presenter, tour and exhibition planner, and a vegetarian for 12 years. Started from 2014, he determined to contribute to China's vegetarian industry with the professional skills of cultural communication. He wrote a lot of articles related to vegetarianism, organized the mainlanders tours to Hong Kong and Taiwan to construct the bridges over the Straits. He is the frequent speakers on vegetarianism and organizing a number of industry forums. He is the founder of Shenzhen Vegetarian Industry Exchange Center.
