    Ladies Who Tech will be back in Action on September 5, 2019 with Adobe, the multimedia and creativity software products, and most recently, digital marketing analytics leader.

    主题“数字营销——Experiences that Matter将聚焦于因能使得企业从竞争中脱颖而出并接触到消费者而被高度重视的,有着跨渠道和跨设备用户参与的新兴行业。Adobe领导者将详细阐述数字营销在日益互联的世界中的重要性和发展,以及为实现量身定制的客户体验而创建的工具的创新。

    "Digital Marketing – Experiences that Matter" will focus on the rising industry of cross-channel and cross-device user engagement that companies heavily rely on to distinguish themselves from the competition and reach their consumers. Adobe leaders will elaborate on the importance and evolution of digital marketing in an increasingly connected world, and the innovation of tools created to enable tailored customer experiences.

    黄耀辉 Yew Hwee Ng

    Adobe大中华区高级董事总经理  Senior Managing Director, Greater China, Adobe

    作为Adobe团队领导人,黄耀辉被公认为温和且勤勉,对通过数字化改变世界充满热情。他充满激情地投身于大中华区(包括中国大陆、香港和台湾)的事业,将业界领先的 Adobe 解决方案推广给本地客户。在他的领导下,Adobe大中华区的业务不断发展,并已扩展至上海、广州和深圳。

    令黄耀辉特别感到自豪的是,他于 2016 年 11 月将 Adobe Creative Cloud 引入中国大陆市场,并且首次向大陆客户推出一种全新的订购模式和定制化的云交付模式。他表示:“这些都是 Adobe 中国的重要里程碑,有助于我们的客户加速其数字化领域的业务转型。”

    黄耀辉与Adobe的交集始于2005年Adobe对Macromedia的收购。当时,黄耀辉已在Macromedia工作多年,负责领导其在东盟和南亚的业务。此后,他加入 Adobe担任香港和台湾地区经理。在负责领导大中华区业务前,他还曾任Adobe亚太区渠道总监。

    黄耀辉在技术行业积累了 20 多年的丰富经验,最初就职于 IBM 公司,并担任过多种管理职务。

    如果不是在 Adobe 工作,黄耀辉也许会成为一名星探,发掘出一个伟大的摇滚乐队。

    目前,黄耀辉和家人定居于上海,且非常喜欢在这里工作和生活。于他而言,音乐是生活的重要组成部分,现在他最喜欢的乐队是 Twenty One Pilots。他也是一名葡萄酒爱好者,尤其是来自于法国波尔多的葡萄酒。此外,他还非常积极地参加运动,每个周末都会踢足球。

    Recognized as a measured and diligent member of Adobe’s leadership team, Yew Hwee Ng is passionate about changing the world with digital technology. He has been applying his experience and interests in leading Adobe Greater China, a region comprising mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, to bring industry-leading Adobe solutions to local customers. Under his leadership, Adobe’s business in Greater China has enjoyed ongoing growth and extended coverage to operations in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen.

    Yew Hwee is especially proud of introducing Adobe Creative Cloud to the mainland China market in November 2016, bringing a subscription model and a tailor–made cloud delivery model to mainland customers for the first time. “These are significant milestones for Adobe China that have helped our customers accelerate their business transformation in the digital world,” said Yew Hwee.

    The connection between Yew Hwee and Adobe started from Adobe’s acquisition of Macromedia in 2005. At that time, Yew Hwee had been leading ASEAN and South Asia for Macromedia for several years. After joining Adobe, he became the country manager of Hong Kong and Taiwan. He also served as channel director of Asia Pacific before leading Greater China region.

    Yew Hwee has over 20 years’ experience in the technology industry beginning at IBM, where he held various management roles. If Yew Hwee were not working for Adobe, he would be a talent scout looking to uncover the next great rock band.

    Yew Hwee loves his job and living in Shanghai with his family. Music is an important part of his life, and Twenty - One Pilots is his current favourite band. He is a wine enthusiast especially those from Bordeaux. He is also very active at sports, playing soccer regularly on weekends.

    吕蔚 Michelle Lyu

    Adobe 高级业务顾问 Senior Business Consultant, Adobe

    吕蔚,多年的数字营销经验,专业领域包括客户体验优化、搜索引擎营销、邮件营销、广告、社交媒体、用户画像分类以及移动营销策略。她曾与国际以及国内合作伙伴一同为汽车行业客户在亚太市场打造数字化转型策略和实施运营,包括自有平台迁移及管理,线上活动机制设计,线上客户行为轨迹追踪和媒体投放优化等。她在新产品上市方面也具有丰富经验。

    在加入Adobe之前曾在福特汽车工作。在服务汽车行业客户之前,她曾在尼尔森分析咨询为快速消费品客户提供市场活动建模分析。

    Michelle has years of Digital Marketing experiences in domain areas such as UX, SEO, Email marketing, Display advertising, Social media, Audience segmentation, customer experience optimization and mobile strategy. As a person with great passion about understanding and leveraging the unique intersection of technology, data and consumer behavior, she had worked with both global and China domestic partners including Google, Facebook, Tencent and Alibaba to create unified consumer journey from online to offline with a single source of truth to measure performance for auto clients in Asia Pacific. She also has rich experiences in launching new products. 

    Before joining Adobe, Michelle was with Ford Motor Company. Prior to serving auto industry, she worked for Nielsen Analytics Consulting, running models to assess the impact of marketing activities quantitatively for FMCG clients.

    陈怡 Tina Chen

    埃森哲大中华区数字创新及转型业务主管、董事总经理 

    Managing Director, Digital Innovation and Transformation Lead for Accenture Digital, Greater China

    陈怡是埃森哲大中华区数字创新及转型业务主管、董事总经理。同时,担任埃森哲大中华区人力资本与多元化项目负责人。

    陈怡在战略咨询、设计与创新和内部数字化转型领域有着超过18年的经验,广泛服务大中华区、东南亚、澳大利亚和北美等地区的银行、保险、快消和汽车行业客户,并积极投身当地的创新加速和创业社区。
    陈怡拥有杜克大学硕士学位。 

    Tina Chen is Managing Director of Digital Innovation and Transformation Lead for Accenture Digital, Greater China. She also sits on GCGC as the Human Capital & Diversity Lead. 

    Tina has over 18 years of experience in strategy consulting, design & innovation and in-house digital transformation. She has vast experience in Banking, Insurance, Fast Retailing and Auto across Greater China, Southeast Asia, Australia and North America. She is also actively involved in the local accelerator and start up community.  
    Tina has a Masters Degree and graduated with honors from Duke University.

    ​Yonel Ilieva

    阿迪达斯中国数字部资深项目经理 Senior Project Lead China Digital, adidas

    在过去的5年中,Yonel一直致力于在企业内推广和推动数字化与敏捷化转型。她曾在10个不同产品/项目领域的业务和技术交叉领域工作,并高度关注创新和消费者价值。此外,她正在推动开源计划,并建议初创公司提高其市场价值。

    Over the past 5 years Yonel has been highly involved in spreading and driving Digital and Agile Transformation across the corporation. She has worked at the intersection of business and technology in 10 different product/project areas with high focus on innovation and consumer value. Additionally, she is driving open source initiatives and advising startups to increase their market value.
