China Briefing 2020 - Start Your Online Retail Business in China
收起
Year 2020 saw some unexpected turns in China’s economy due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The pandemic has changed the way companies operate and redefined the way they interact with customers. Online shopping and home deliveries have gone from convenience to necessity during the COVID-19 pandemic and will continue to be so.
As the economy moves onto the virtual platform, business owners need to rethink how they can differentiate themselves in the virtual world. With China dominating the cyberspace with over 900 million internet users (according to the Global Times Report published in 2020), retailers need to establish an online presence and develop new strategies that will allow them to continue to deliver premium service to consumers without physical contact.
During this trying period, companies are also implementing cost-cutting measures, re-evaluating their HR policies and operations, to be sustainable in the long run.
From brand protection, HR management, regulation and compliance to e-commerce solutions, learn how you can position your company for growth in China, and build stronger relationships with customers that will endure beyond the crisis.
