Lotus will summarize exhibitions that took place in late 2019 that ran into 2020 just before the pandemic hit. Will also highlight running themes in Design Week 2019, Hong Kong Basel 2019 and OCT – Loft Creative Festival 2020-2021; Brittan Aebischer will discuss how art had to be made into a form of intimacy as art has to be created and yet also viewed synchronously online, will refer this to the flow of time and then a trial adaptation that humans use to make art during trying times. Art follows human intuition and is part of our survival. We may not objectify it much but internalize it even more, our sense of meaning becomes heightened;

Gloria Carnevale will talk about the effects of the pandemic on her personal artwork and her efforts to keep ISZAF ventures active; Michael Williams will discuss how he kept ISZAF active locally, and the impact of the pandemic on his personal work and mind set regarding art during the pandemic; April Li will present on the changes and effects that took place within galleries and museums in Shenzhen and the art industry as a result of the pandemic and where things stand currently.

Brittan Aebischer

Brittan Aebischer is an American artist, community arts leader, and visual arts teacher living and has lived in the Greater Bay Area (GBA) of Southern China for over 9 years.Founding ISZAF in fall of 2016 and currently the Co-Chair of ISZAF, Brittan desires to create a platform for all international aestheticians and artists of all disciplines to connect and collaborate within the GBA region. He hopes to establish a stronger network and community of art professionals, providing greater economic viability and opportunities within China’s arts and culture industries.

Brittan Aebischer是一位美国艺术家，社区艺术领袖和视觉艺术老师，已在大湾区居住和工作了9年有余。2016年秋，Brittan创立了深圳国际艺术家论坛（ISZAF），目前担任联合主席。他希望为世界各地的美学家和各领域的艺术家在大湾建立起联系与合作的平台。 基于这种信念，他希望能使这个艺术共同体更加强盛，为中国的艺术文化产业注入经济活力与机遇。

Gloria Carnevale

Gloria Carnevale is an artist, designer, educator, curator and speaker who has lived and worked in Shenzhen for the past nine years. She is a founding member of ISZAF and is currently the Co-Chair. Gloria holds degrees in visuals arts, design and education. Her artworks explore the themes surrounding the concept of identity, in which she enjoys to incorporate both serious and satirical elements into her work, as well as manipulating repetition, bold colours and textures. 

Gloria Carnevale是一位艺术家、设计师、教育家、策展人和演说家，过去的9年中一直在深圳生活和工作。 她是深圳国际艺术家论坛（ISZAF）的创始成员之一，目前担任联合主席。Gloria拥有蒙特埃里森大学视觉艺术学，谢里丹学院设计学和布鲁克大学教育学学士学位，并多年来专业从事于教育和设计行业。她的作品主要围绕探讨关于身份的命题，喜欢将严肃和讽刺的元素同时运用在作品当中，擅于操控重复，大胆的颜色和各种纹理。

Michael Williams

Michael Williams is an American artist and educator. He has lived in Shenzhen for 6 years and has been part of the ISZAF community for most of that time. Michael has spent most of his artistic career seeing the world behind a camera. His current artistic practices have evolved and now incorporate digital, watercolor, pencil and ink drawings, in addition to his camera. Michael holds a bachelor's degree in hotel and restaurant management and a Master of Arts in education (MAEd). His classroom may not be an art class, but he believes that art should be infused into all learning.

Michael Williams是一位美国艺术家和教育家。 他在深圳生活了6年，在此期间长期作为深圳国际艺术家论坛（ISZAF）的一员。Michael将艺术生涯中的大量精力投入到透过镜头观察世界。目前， 他镜头下的艺术实践不断演化，并开始融入数媒、水彩、铅笔和水墨画等元素。Michael本人拥有酒店和餐饮管理学士学位以及教育文学硕士学位。尽管他所在的教室并不是画室，但他相信艺术应该融入到所有学习中，从而诞生更多可能。

April Li

The founder of One Light Art and the curator of cross-border art. Cooperative institutions include Pingshan Art Museum, dslcollection, etc. Majored in French literature, she has studied in France and the United States and has extensive experience in cross-cultural communication.
