何烜彬在创业前曾任职于福特汽车公司、全球共享单车行业独兽ofo小黄车及腾讯公司。其创业前，一直深耕国际业务 曾作为小黄车海外业务拓展澳洲新西兰负责人在三个月内成功在澳洲落地业务，并且在2018年初达到日均单1万单的突破。其在任职腾讯公司任职期间，独立领导了多个腾讯云与国际软件技术厂商的产品战略合作，突破了腾讯云现有的商业模式，帮助腾讯云建立更深远国际影响力及业务规模。在2020年，其与肖涵博士、王楠博士共同创立了Jina AI，在2020年登上福布斯中国U30榜单，2021年Forbes Asia U30，入选2021创业邦U30创业新贵。

Bing HE is the Co-Founder and COO of Jina AI. Jina AI is a Neural Search Company founded in 2020 Feb, Jina has closed two rounds of financing within just half a year since its establishment and is recognized as one of the most promising startups in AI open-source software.

Before joining Jina, Bing has extensive experience across multiple business functions with Tencent, ofo and Ford Motor Company.

Back in his time at Ford, he was in charge of key production commodity sourcing in Asia Pacific and Africa, successfully reducing cost on an annual basis. When working at ofo, he was in charge of the Australia and New Zealand market, successfully launched two cities in Australia within just three months, set up best practices to build business in the overseas market from 0 to 1 and further. After ofo, he joined Tencent Cloud as Senior Manager for Global Strategic Partnership Development. During his time in Tencent, he structured global partnership for Tencent Cloud with Unity, Elasticsearch, and Serverless Framework, created a new partnership model across Tencent, and helped drive Tencent Cloud business growth through global business partnerships.

To date, Bing has won many awards for his entrepreneurship:

谢吉杭（Rebecca）是Plug and Play中国的跨境项目经理，她帮助来自世界各地的初创企业和创业者在中国扩展业务。通过与本地公司，投资者，政府等建立联系，Rebecca组织及运营的创新加速营帮助了300多家初创公司在华的落地与发展。在开始投资和孵化业务之前，Rebecca曾在纽约的美国银行和北京的IBM工作，在财务分析，资产管理，投资和销售运营方面拥有丰富的经验。

Rebecca is Cross Border Manager at Plug and Play China who helps startups and entrepreneurs from all over the world expand their business in China. By connecting with local companies, investors, governments, etc., over 300 startups have been accelerated and landed in China via international acceleration programs that Rebecca is operating. Before starting the investment and incubation business, Rebecca has worked for Bank of America in New York City and IBM in Beijing and has rich experience in financial analysis, asset management, investment, and sales operation.
