The evening will begin with a focus on the Future of Healthcare in China as the G4A startups share their latest innovations. Bayer's Greater China CEO Celina Chew and the coach of Bayer 04 Leverkusen Football team will then kick off the evening!

Celina brings curiosity and diversity to her current role as President of Bayer in Greater China.  She has a combined Malaysian, Australian and Chinese heritage, and is a lawyer by profession. She joined Bayer in Hong Kong in 1997 as in-house legal counsel before moving to management roles. She has worked for Bayer in both China and South East Asia. Based in Bangkok, she previously led Bayer’s activities in Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar and Laos. As President Bayer Greater China, Celina’s her interests include building bridges to China’s local innovation capabilities, whether through start-up incubator programs like Grants4Apps or digital health communities such as Stem4Health. This is in line with Celina’s deep interest in connections - connecting ideas, connecting m people or connecting the dots. Aa part of her responsibilities as well as her personal passion, Celina works on topics such as sustainable development, social entrepreneurship and corporate social responsibility.

Celina目前担任拜耳大中华区总裁，是一位充满好奇心的多元化女性。她的家庭背景融合了马来西亚、澳大利亚和中国的多元文化，自己同时也是一名职业律师。Celina于1997年在香港加入拜耳，在转向管理角色之前，她担任公司内部的法律顾问。Celina曾分别在拜耳中国和拜耳东南亚就职。她曾在曼谷领导拜耳在泰国、越南、柬埔寨、缅甸和老挝的业务。作为拜耳大中华区的总裁，Celina的兴趣之一便是搭建通往中国本土创新事业的桥梁，无论是通过建立类似Grants4Apps的创业孵化器，还是建立类似Stem4Health这样的数字健康社区。这与Celina对于建立连接的深厚兴趣一致，即连接想法、连接人或连接点。Celina关注可持续发展、社会创业和企业社会责任等话题，这些虽然是她职责的一部分，但也是她个人的热忱所在。

Helen Wong is a Partner at Qiming Ventures, focusing on its internet and consumer practice. She is responsible for the investments in Mobike, Ruhann, Luojisiwei, Afu and serves on the boards of Bingobox, Akulaku, Lagou, Xuebajun, and Helijia and Linqu. Helen is a long time venture capitalist and had spent 15 years at GGV Capital and Venture TDF. She was an early investor in Tudou, which listed successfully on the NASDAQ and subsequently merged with Youku (NYSE: YOKU) at over $1 billion valuation. She was also involved in the investment of Alibaba, Hurray (acquired by Shanda), RYB early learning and Buchang (603858). She is a Kauffman Fellow and is a member of the VC class at CEIBS. She received degrees from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, INSEAD, and Oxford University.

Handong Ma, graduated from Columbia University Medical Center department of Biomedical Informatics. He was former data scientist in Columbia University. He founded Plorz LLC, at 25, a SaaS platform focusing on solving quality issues for electronic health records. In 2016, Handong Ma returned to China and co-founded Shanghai Synyi Medical Co., Ltd. The company has already finished four rounds of investments within the past two years and raised over 150 million RMB in total. Its investors include the top venture capitals around the world such as GGV, Sequoia and ZhenFund.

马汉东毕业于美国哥伦比亚大学医学信息学海归硕士，上海复旦大学生物学学士，之前曾是哥伦比亚大学医学院任数据科学家。2015年在美国联合创立Plorz公司，从事骨科医疗数据挖掘研发，为如今森亿智能前身。2016年归国创业，联合创立上海森亿医疗科技有限公司。森亿智能在近两年已完成4轮融资，达1.5亿人民币，投资方包括GGV、红杉、真格基金等。

Robert Hsiung is the Managing Director for Udacity China. An entrepreneur with a foundation in strategic planning and business analytics, that has a proven ability and passion for building building new businesses and high-performance teams, and attacking new markets. Prior to Udacity, Robert has worked in over 15 different countries across the world and can adapt his management style to Western and Asian cultures.

熊尚文是优达学城 (Udacity) 中国区总经理。作为硅谷科技教育独角兽中国区的总负责人，他引领的优达学城在入驻中国2年时间后已成功帮助约30万名中国注册学员学习、掌握硅谷的前沿科技、成为全球领先企业认可的精英技术人才。在加入优达学城之前，熊尚文先后于15个不同国家的工作经验使他拥有娴熟的中西方不同文化的管理与公司运营经验，并出任尚友教育CEO一职。熊尚文毕业于宾夕法尼亚大学，并持有斯坦福商学院工商管理硕士学位。
